Hylton Chimneys

Hylton Chimneys is a niche business specialised in creating space in homes by removing chimney breasts in the most efficient and hassle free and secure way.

They have aggressive ambitions to grow their Chimney business and to expand into development, refurbishment, loft conversion, extensions and construction. Their targets were set and clear and a robust business plan in place when we came in. The marketing strategy and plan to meet those targets had to be developed and executed.

We have supported them to make this happen and the first tangible asset was to add a separate mobile website to www.hyltonchimneys.co.uk due to the significant amount of mobile traffic. To date, this has generated potential business of a minimum of £56.000.

Currently, we are developing a new website for their ‘Construction’ expansion and once this is launched we will support their marketing communication including newsletter, blog and social media management for both brands.

Lovefeet

Lovefeet is a professional foot care clinic with a vision to grow the business so that the owner can expand into related business areas.

The vision unfolded when we took the owner through our business and marketing planning process where the first question is ‘what is your vision?’ Discussing what we call ‘stupid rules’ (anything in the business you do that doesn’t give your customer a great experience) it was clear that one of the low hanging fruits was to enable current and new customers to easier get in touch with Lovefeet and to book an appointment.

The first tangible activities were to develop a new website including an online booking feature and to replace the answering machine (customers could only leave a message if the clinic was busy!) with a personal answering service.

We produced a WordPress responsive website and a separate mobile website and replaced the old patient system with a new one including a mobile friendly online appointment booking system. We deployed a personal answering service and the result was immediately an increase in bookings of 4 per week thus increasing revenue by £15,360 per year.

We are now working to clean the existing customer database of 1,500 records to prepare for sending out a newsletter and start a blog and social media communication and engagement.

Inc-Health

Chiropractor Ida Norgaard has the vision to create a centre where she can offer training classes and complementary services to improve her patient’s life quality.

This ambition requires more business to support the significant increase in costs like rent and staff.

The vision was not clear from the outset but was a product of working through our business and marketing planning model. Her perfect customers have been identified and their marketing behavior which have revealed that the majority of new clients having found Inc-Health online was only interested in location and contact number.

Another surprising finding was that Ida Norgaard was already spending £8,000 yearly on various digital marketing activities like SEO, various directories, booking App etc. After looking into these activities, we found that none of them produced any relevant traffic to the existing website or any leads to the business.

Based on our recommendation Ida Norgaard has now cancelled these subscriptions and she is now saving £8,000 on ineffective marketing and replacing it with effective marketing.

The work is in progress and we are developing a simple call to action website after the newest concept of a mobile reverse responsive website. This means we are starting with the view of the mobile client and then looking at the desktop version. Both versions will be to the point and display proper call to action.

Proper SEO have been secured as well as a plan for customer engagement via newsletter, blog and social media which will also support the SEO efforts.

The new website is planned to launch in January 2016 together with carefully planned marketing activities.

We have also undertaken the following recent successful business development tasks:

Generated a £185.000 pipeline for UK based travel Media Company through a combination of network, cold calling, exhibition activities and social media activity.

Generated a $3.6 million pipeline for Israeli Software Company through a combination of network, cold calling, exhibition activities and social media activity.
